I love these little drives - do get the protective pouch to go with them though! Decent performance and small format makes these ideal. I have several now from 1 to 2 tb - no problems with any of them. I just pop them ( in the pouch) into my travel bag and take my entire home office server with me.In my humble opinion, wd makes great drives.
This one is no exception. It only took me a few minutes and I had the drive up, running, tested, and registered. wd made all that extremely easy with their built in apps. This drive should provide me with years of use. I like the fact also that I can password protect the drive so that information on it is encrypted. That makes me feel safer about what I store on it. The price was unbelievably low for such a good capacity. That made it an even better deal than it already was.
