This wd passport I m using since 1 year ago performance of the wd drive is amazing and fine.most of the times I used many sd disk but wd is best of them.range of feature is speed of transfer of data of the wd disk, it didnt slow down and stop sudden like others so thatsy I like wd passport very much.
1-style and design of the wd passport is like the same as their name, because most of the time other companies sell their design but wd sales design with their performance.
2-i didnt use service yet but I heared about their service are very gud and other queries resolveover the phone.
3-third thing of the wd is it is value for money because in this price range there is no other hard disk are available.
