I got this as a gift on my birthday.
I am using this since last 6 months but I did n't like this HDD at all as this disk crashed so often.
Now talking about speed it gives speed of 40-50 MB/s in 3.0 port.
Which is very less as compared to other HDD's.
So if you are getting this at a price range of RS. 3000 to Rs.3500 only then you can buy this.
It gives us 972 Gb free space.
However it is compact and can be carried in pocket.
