WESTERN DIGITAL hardrive is one of the most worst hardisc in the world. It can not be drived without using external 220volt power source. It can only be operated when you have a nearby power supply. Which means you have no option of portability with it.
The performance of harddrive is also poor, as it does not run in android devices as external storage for streaming music and videos using OTG cable. You can therefore buy a low price hardrive of samsung or toshiba which has a better perfomance than western digital. So my friend think before you buy Western Digital 1TB portable hardrive. Price wise comparion lags too with other companies.
