Performance is very good with great speed of data transfer is you have 3.0 ports as it supports 3.0, It will also work with 2.0 port but 3.0 will deliver a higher speed of data transfer
Other feature includes the led light which blinks when your device is active in doing some data transfer so can will get to know when it stops blinking that data is transfered from distance
Style and design are good, small and handy, can fit in pocket
Service and support I have no idea of because I never had any need of that
yeah totally a deal for money little expensive than other competitors but worth it
Staff assistance never used it so no idea about it, but I hope they had a great staff assistance
