Western Digital is very popular & cost effective company.I am currently using this HDD & it is purchased 1 1/2 yrs ago.Still the device is working fine. I found their service quality is very good as my friend have some problem on his HDD after buying the product.
The Service center immediately replace the HDD and issue him a new one.I found their warranty terms is very good.I have to used my HDD very often in various place, for that I have to carry the product very harshly but it still gives me uninterrupted service.I just very satisfied with the use of the product and I must suggest my all friends to use this product.
