My experience with WarmOven wasn’t great. I placed a cake order with specific instructions, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like what I asked for. The decorations were sloppy, the cake texture was dense, and some parts tasted dry. Many on Zomato and similar platforms had similar complaints: “they don’t follow instructions properly,” “taste was good, but damage in delivery was damaged.” I tried contacting support, but responses were too slow to keep up. For a brand with so many outlets, I expected consistent quality, and that's where WarmOven inconsistently felt like a hit-or-miss change, only if things turned out right.
