This is an old review which is being checked because its relevance is no more out there now.
The wars have been happening and will continue to happen as the human history goes on. There are several issues which come out of war as the economic policies do not allow these days to go full offensive against any country. The case for was on IRAQ was based on very thin evidences. The history can never be re-written for the sake of being done so but. We all should look at the positive side of it.
