Quite bad management by The founder and our tour leader - Anuj, is not an efficient planner. He did not care about his customers a bit on our recent trp with them. 1. Wander Womaniya is a budget tour operator. Be mindful of their cost-cutting techniques. Also, when someone spends x amount on flights, then they can actually spend another x amount on actual travel. This fact is ignored and sub-par services are taken 2. Meals are not included, nor wander Womaniya bothers to inform customers about where to find food in a foreign land. 3. Utterly inefficient planning and execution. Every day has just 2-3 hours of activity plan, rest is upto us to figure out. 4. Our last day plan was cancelled. However, the tour guide dis not offer a simple apology for spoiling of plans. Even though this was not fault of wander Womaniya, but basic empathy for customers was missing. While whole group was lamenting cancellation of an important sight-seeing due to govt orders, our tour guide was enjoying without bothering to make alternative plans or offering sympathy to sad group. The alternative plan involved very boring activity of watching pigs. I have never met an Indian resident who can get excited by the thought of watching pigs. Tour guide failed to encourage the group to follow
Overall very bad experience. And your leader agreed that he had many misses in this trip.
