They interview you by saying that salary is not a major concern and as soon as you got selected they offer you much less and force you to sign a bond for one year and hook you by taking two of your original certificates.
No employee benefits, no professionalism, you are not treated as professional but as a labor as you need to work 10 - 11 hrs a day, when ever the company want to get rid of you they will come up with an excuse of performance issue as thy will fire you in a week which saves them giving one month notice.
Kindly don’t go with the good statements in this listing as they are company generated. Don't spoil your life by entering this org. According to law no company should hold your original certificates, but this company does, this states the status of this company.
I don’t really know how did this company got located in Raheja mind space. This was not supposed to be here kindly move out of building 20 at least some good company can do some good to people.
They even don’t have employee cab, food subsidies, even the papers for the printer are with security guard. I hope this explains what this companies status is.
Lastly this company only develops websites don’t assume this to be a full fledged software company.
