I am using VSNL for lat few years and I am quite happy with the services they are providing to their clients. As they have all the infrastructure and of course monopoly they are doing there best. Though they are having monopoly they have not misused it and all the benefits are passed to the clients. And now it has been taken over by TATAs, the giants in industrial field will get better expertise for VSNL and will do something extraordinary. The only problem in using VSNL on sundays or holidays that we never get high speed connectivity and I think other members will also agree to it. Because VSNL is giving free access on holidays we never get high speed. Rates also should be brought down and TATAs and VSNL should do something in lowering phone bills if used for internet.
