I believe VRL being Lorry/Transport company, they might have taken their lorry drivers as Travel bus drivers for their Volvo buses. Reason wise the staff exactly behaves like a Lorry driver and interacts with passenger as if he is dealing with passengers in lorry. They don't know how to greet the passenger and respond to passenger queires.
Their behavior is completely ridiculous and they have to think seriously to improvise the service. Probably they need to travel once in other Travels like Kaleswari, Kesineni, Dhanujaya etc. to know and learn on how to deal the passenger.
