Hi this is femina. I had very bad experience in voonik.i ordered 2 sarees at a time . it's cost around 2000/-.they took more than 12 days to process product. after I got delivered what I ordered it's entire means saree patterns saree colour ever is full different.that too meterial was very very bad.we can't use that meterial or mooping floor. that much hell.so again I called up customer service regarding return policy.but 2 days line was busy tone after connecting call they will connect for IVR so I waited more than 25 minutes. I wasted more than 50 rs currency there.so after connecting they will just tell sorry for inconvence charge for you that's all. and again I got return ammount but they are deducted shopping amount rs 180/-so please friends, don't ever go for voonik.
