I bought several items from the voonik website in last few months but I didn't face any problem with these ordering and buying the problem I felt was when I got a damaged item and tried to return those.
When I requested for a return I got a pop up stating that their executive will try to solve the problem but I didn't get call or message from them even I tried several time to contact them through email or web chat but I didn't succeed.
Please avoid it, it doesn't accept return at all.
