Voltas is a very bad company. Not only for ac, its every product is very bad. I used many product of voltas but I am not satisfied with a single product. The most worst quality product of voltas is air cooler(AC). I have this one.I buys this before 7 months and till now I needed to go service center for several time. This ac consumes more electric power than other ac.
The most bad things of voltas is its customer service. They cant reply for any phone call. If any problem is found within warranty period and if any parts is needed to replace, they take more than one week to replace it. If you call them and ask about the parts they tell that this parts is not available and need more time. And after 1months they replaced it. For that reason I totally dislike voltas ac. now I changed it and brought an another ac of other company.
