I have just bought a Voltas Vertis 1.5 tonne split ac. From day 1 there are problems. There is a lot of noise inspite of it being a split ac. In fact, I recommend that one should buy an assemble ac instead of buying voltas. service is pathetic. it took me 20 days & god knows how many calls to bring them to my residence. different technicians have come but no result. last time they took the brand new ac to the workshop & returned a very noisy machine. the cooling has absolutely gone down. even the fan is more effective. I have put in my hard earned money. I feel I have taken for a ride. now I have bought a new videocon 1.5 ton split ac. and it is working wonderfully well. u can call me on 9820047217 if u want to know more about the ac.
