As of today, 13/7/22 the AC has neither been replaced nor repaired despite several requests on @myvoltas Tweeter handle. I also have requested voltas to take back the AC but there has been no resolution provided by the company.
I purchased the AC with my hard earned money for comfort in the hot summer that I could not enjoyed because of the poor quality product and service from Voltas. The AC has two major setbacks, one is the low quality components and workmanship, other being the unavailability of components that led to the breakdown in such a short period of time and long delay in service.
