Initially when I buyed this voltas aircondition from south delhi lajpat nagar.
It was working ok.but my nightmare started when it was not cooling after just two months.now a big task came that I had to call the customer service office daily and they said a technician will come and do the job but no one was visiting after a week then I called the local service centre.
And the person running the center was quite arrogant and said he is in shortage of the technical persons and told me it will take few more days for him to send anybody, in the meantime nobody from the voltas company was asking about the feedback from me, and they were taking the false reports of the so called service center guy and were keep on telling me dat my complaint is under process.the fact was that the voltas company does not want to provide the under warrenty service and give only those service importance in which the customer pay them money.plz think twice before buying any Voltas company product!
