We brought this voltas 70 litre VA D7OM model cooler 4 month back. Starting its service is good but after it is not useful because, now it is in out of order we called for customer care, but they also didn't look of it properly. It is soo expensive for that much budget we can buy a AC only. It's sound also more compare to other coolers and it is soo heavy. It didn't full my expectations what I kept on it before.There customer service is also not good, they is no guarantee to this cooler.It is too expensive and it's service also not good.
