Voltas AV manufactured by TATA group could have been a better and more popularly used AC in India only and only if they lower the price and cost of installation. Rather a free installation should be provided.
Two years back I paid approx 3000 INR just for installation. Another aspect Is that they should improve on there customer service as I have faced this issue a lot. Either you do not get the phone connected or cannot go beyond the ivr and even if you do then you do not get proper info for your queries or problems
