I started using volini when I sprained my ankle. That was a real bad sprain and my doctor recommended this spray. Since then volini spray has always a must in my medical kit. Any sprain, pain this is the only remedy that I prefer as I dont always prefer having pain killer tablets. I will definitely recommend this to all.
