I have been using Hutch in Hyderabad for more than 2 years. Except that Hutch doesnt follow me wherever I go there has been no major complaint. One thing I really liked is that the customer care is very prompt and you dont get harassed with their service offers like some of the other providers. But they do call once to ask if we got the bill and once again to "Remind" eventhough the due date is still a few days away.
A few of my friends using Idea Cellular have complained that automatically some value added service is activated. I have not had any such issues with Hutch.
Of late I have been experiencing some network congestion and we are not able to make any calls or recieve calls during peak hours in the evening. But this issue was resolved in a few days and it is back to normal again.
