This is regarding the bill for number 9873789303 of the current month wherein there is a ISD call reflecting. This number (9873789303) is getting used by my mother and she is using a basic qwerty phone and not a smart phone. This ISD call was not made by my mother as reflected in bill. I called to customer care twice but they are unable to provide any solution and not responded well, and just said that I have to pay for this call.
I have been a loyal and reliable customer who has been associated with Vodafone since 2010 and I am using 3 Vodafone numbers. Moreover, you can check my previous billing and payment history wherein I never made a single ISD call from either of my numbers. The aforesaid call is 119 minutes and charged at 15/- per minute. I am assuring the Vodafone that neither me, my mother nor anyone made this ISD call. Hence, I would like Vodafone to please waive this undue charges on my above said number. I will also request Vodafone to disable ISD outgoing calls. I will appreciate an immediate response.
