I am a user of Vodafone because of that I surly believe the Vodafone company is cheating us.
My dear friends one day I got a message to download Vodafone's app the I get 400mb free data as per the message I download the app but I didn't get data. Without a point of time I consult the customer care service and raise my issue then I shocked after their reply it was the offer was expired. How they can say like this because I didn't get any message that inform me the offer is expired. As per their message I download the app to get data but they cheated me.if the offer was expired it is their responsibility to inform me about that.
In brief they cheated me and I lost my mb for download the app
It was a bad experience for me
