Vodafone has recently changed their slogan from "Happy to help" to "happy NOT to help". I had a very good experience form Vodafone in the last three weeks. I was sending emails on emails to then on how to make a payment as I had to travel and was in US for a longer than expected period and these people only used to send me acknowledgement mails and never ever used to reply back with any payment mode available.
I was so frustrated that I send a mail to there nodal office to get a reply back. I sent them three normal mails and two mails all in BOLD, but still no one cared. I am from karnataka and if you are looking for a connection, please consider the time you will be spending with customer care then Vodafone is best for you, else go to Bharati or even Spice. Spice does not have a good coverage, but has excellent customer service.
Please be careful with Vodafone.
