I am using Vodafone postpaid cellular service for more than eight years now. In the past it was considered the best service provider.For almost three years now I have been facing lot of problems. Starting with the network issues, its been increasing day by day and when you call and complaint about the issue, they don't bother at all. Well whats the point in keeping the tagline "We are Happy to Help You" if they are not at all happy to help the customers. The speed of 3G is pathetic. It takes ages to download a single application and the browsing speed is too slow. They should really look into this matter before its too late. As they have good competitors in the market.
