Avoid Vodafone, specially if you are Interntl Mobl. Review on Vodafone Mobile Operator

This review is not applicable for all the Blackberry Corp customers, as they are not the once suffering (in my view).I roam a lot internationally, and kept on with Vodafone in HOPE. But in vain. I went to Europe, was promised coverage. But did not get any.

I went to Middle east, no coverage there.I went to South east asia, no coverage given. I went to North america, no coverage.I went to europe again, no coverage.Now, in all of these instances, I went to the nearest Vodafone main store and activated International Roaming, and every time I was told it is Activated.When I switch on in the foreign territory, nothing works. Their Customer care is the worst. No reply to calls, no reply to emails. I would have sent more than 30 requests in all in last 3 years.

Then, finally I bought Reliance GSM. And to my amazement, it worked flawlessly in Any country I went.Once I faced an issue, I raised a complaint online, and was called back by the Reliance team with in 2 hours. And the issue was sorted out in 6 hours. And 2 follow up calls were there to check the service.I have seen Airtel prepaid (postpaid works anyway), Tata Docomo work brilliantly in foreign countries.NEVER VODAFONE.For any specific query, you are welcome to ask me.
