Coverage is good. Billing is ok but has errors many times and you need to keep pointing that. Charges are enormous and many hidden charges too. Again this is classic Indian customer service issue. They don't understand your problem, they don't explain things (plans, promotions, etc.) to you properly and so you end up paying lot higher than what you think. Their plans are designed so they can squeeze money out of you. Never go with their promotion face value.
Example- F&F minutes are counted in your plan free minutes! You will understand this if you are a Vodafone customer. In-store customer support is worst! and the Nerul store in Navi Mumbai near IDBI Bank is the worst worst worst of ALL! I have tried other stores and they are better but Nerul people are the worst'est you can find! On phone customer service is paid and that's very bad too.
