Just received a call on my vodafone prepaid number 9873631753. one girl called me and said that I have raised request for postpaid . However I didn't raised any request so far.
I told that called that I haven't any request and her tone became harsh and started arguing with me. later she put my call on hold and after 6 min of hold she abused me CH*iya and disconnected the call before I could saying anything.
I contacted your customer care to check the call logs however they said that they dont have any data so far.
What kind of customer service your giving to customer.
Or is this your customer service.
