Believe it or not, I have not faced any problem with this Vodafone, yet. I have been using it since Hutch days. I have also used BSNL, Airtel and Tata Indicom. I have horrid experiences with Airtel and Tata Indicom. However, no such problems with Vodafone, may be because I use my pre-paid connection very less. I hope my dream continues.


Because, my time is taken up fighting with other service institutions, like, banks, telcos, cable operator, etc. Well, who does not have problem with these terror outfits. I feel that this is the apt definition, since they use goondas (collection agents) and target innocent victims (customers).


I had once purchased international calling card, had a terrible experience with that, will never go for that again.


I feel the problem spans across the whole service industry, because the same set of people keep rotating across companies, at all levels. Corporate governance is the last priority for these companies, along with customer service. I feel that a revolution is needed to reform these rouge organizations.
