I am a VODAFONE user for past 10 years now. I am very happy with their network and customer service. Even in this trending age of Jio mobile network, I am still a loyal user with two Vodafone connections and would recommend the same to others.
Though their customer service was not quick or instant but ultimately fixed the issues many times. Every year during monsoons there is terrible network issue around our area and has to be reported to the VODAFONE customer service. They escalate such cases to get them resolved. At times it turns out to be a terrible experience but ultimately gets fixed.
Overall I am happy with their service.
