I have been using vodafone from 4-5 years it's network is supercool, every where you can go with your vodafone network their network is with you.
Their customer service is very poor and bad, they didnt gave you good offers like other network provides nowadays, their charges higher and their internet charges is also higher.
If you using vodafone internet network on your device it is working good but when your internet pack is deactivated and dont use internet then also they gonna minus your balance from your account I didnt understand why they are charging if I dont use any kind of internet on my phone ! For this called to the customer service and they replyied to me that
Sir if you do not use internet then also you should pay some amount of money from your pre-activated app which are running by internet.
