Customer care of Vodafone is a CRAP, USELESS. One fine day I made a call for 1:50 Sec. I was charged Rs 1.20, As I was to make another call I got a message stating that " Your last call charge is Rs.2.40 I was surprised to see that, I called up the Customer Care and asked about it, The executive told me that the last call was for 4 Minutes.
I told him that I'm sure I did not speak for 4 minutes, We generally call and hang up and never bother about the call charge. I don't know how many times this is happening.
