When I moved to Pune, I got a new Post paid connection there in May 2006. To get ISD activated, I was asked to give 5000 Rs as security deposit refundable for my Post paid number 9823355163. Then I disconnected the connection as I was moving to Bangalore in April 2007. I wrote to Hutch (letter at Hutch shop) to refund the deposit, they said it will take 15 days. After 1 month I again asked for the status and they said it has been returned to me!!!
I told them I never received the money in any form, they said, they can not do anything now as the system is showing deposit is not there anymore. What kind of service is that? Why can’t they trace their own bank cheque or give duplicate one?? Horrible!! Now the person I was interacting with at Hutch shop Pune doesn’t even pick up the call. She’s Kavita - 9923007086
