I am a regular user of vodafone, I m maintaining my number since last six to seven years in postpaid mode as that time the call rates were very higher than today so I visit the Vodafone store to convert my postpaid number to prepaid so I could manage the extra expenses. First they refused due to the bill period date, OK Later they refused by saying that, before making postpaid we need to change your bill payment mode in cash by deactivating the ESC mode OK.... I made my bill payment by cash, but some days before they cleared the ECS of paid bill.


Now my account is running in credit and after visiting may times they are making fool reasons like no blank sim availble or come on bill generation dt.....


This is the hell with postpaid customers.......Till writing this comment my number is in postpaid and they making fool to every store visitor.
