Vodafone has a large market share in India and outside India. But unfortunately they are cheating customers. So far I have observed 3 types of unethical tricks followed by Vodafone.
1) Suppose you disconnect call before 59 Sec but they have charged for 61 Sec for extra tariff.
2) Some of the Value added services automatically get activated without customer knowing and balance deducted regularly.
3) Their recharge offers very worst. Vodafone portal gives different information regarding recharges. once we recharge from portal then your mobile will be activated different offer.
Their Customer Call centre rarely working.
Please avoid using of Vodafone.
