I got a call from customer care executive of Vodafone explaining about an offer, for which one gets 300local and std minutes. I blindly refused him, they ended up subtracting the amount from my account. On calling them again, they said that they can't refund the money as I had made the call!
Again, I had recharged online for INR 54, which is for free national and local SMS. After realizing that money was getting subtracted from my account, I had called the customer care executive and they said that the website is not updated and the INR54 recharge is for some other VAS.
