I recently purchased 3 G dongle 9873921293. At the time of purchasing call center told me “3GB data on 3G speed after that 128-512 kbps speed on 2 G.”
But I am only getting speed 64 kbps in 2 G.
So many times I called Customer care regarding this, then they told me "You are wasting my time"(worst customer care I ever heard.)
Even nodal officer are not responding in this matter.
So guys don't buy any internet plan from Vodafone, I am going to consumer court for this.
