Though Vodafone comes with so many new plans and services for its users but somewhere the company is only busy in making money. I have experience the same, the networok coverage is not bad but in some village areas sometimes the signal get weak.
I am not really satisfy with their customer services even the people who answers the call and solve customers queries .
Sometimes they also charge for VAS with customer services .
Overall vodafone is an average but still needs to work on its customer services
