It was the worst decision of my life, when I choose to make Vodafone my mobile operator by overhearing to its absolute fast given services I took 2 postpaid connections which by far was a pretty good experience until the arrival of that dark day.
Last, Sunday I lost my cell phone over which I requested them to barred the services of my contact numbers and requested them to provide me with duplicate numbers of the same.
I kept on following up for the same to their customer care facilities on which I was assured that the number will be delivered to my address the very same day but unfortunately it did not happened. So, I again contacted to the customer care authority requesting to deliver it asap and they again provided me with a big assurance over the same.
Yesterday, evening after losing all hopes I again contacted to their customer care pleading to deliver the sim cards and I was assured that it will be delivered soon but within few short moments after checking in the records that idiot stated' SIR AAPKA NUMBER(886007xxxx) TOH DELIVER HO CHUKA HAI AUR ACTIVATE BHI HO CHUKA HAI.
By hearing to that awful statement I was literally shocked and amazed thinking that how can it be possible when I have not received the sim cards and have not contacted their activation team in order to confirm the details.
After crossing the depth of my patience and utmost waiting I would like to inform that I longer had any faith left in your moronic services and is entirely not liable to any malpractice or illegal activities made by using the number.
IN THE END THE QUESTION I WANT TO ASK IS "HOW CAN YOU IDIOTS DO THIS TO A CUSTOMER WHO USED TO HAVE SO MUCH TRUST IN YOUR SERVICES AND FACILITIES"?
