Recharged for unlimited calls with rs 299, but on immediate next day I asked customer care executive to deactivate it as rs 299 is not for unlimited calls, as that they said yes.in the same day I recharged for another 299.for unlimited calls.after 4 day I asked exicutves to add the deactivated amount to main balance, on that day they agreed to refund, also told that I can use it whatever I need.but after 28 days they said money is not in main balance.unnecessarly 299 is lost.i request please refund the amount from the Vodafone.
