Pathetic 3Gservice in Pune. I am paying for 1GB package of 3G but I have not been able to use it even once. Even the customer care or hotline does not entertain.

I have an iPhone, and there is no pleasure since I cannot use a high speed internet. They should not charge customers for 3G service if they cannot provide it.
