I have been waiting over a week now for my number to be changed to a new sim, several visit to vodafone store or outlet, several calls to there customer services and still they have not done it. All I get is give it another 24hours. The worst service I have ever had. Very stressful. Avoid vodafone at all costs. Thick as bricks. Dont want to recommend anyone.
They just want your money and nothing else. Money is not the big deal but when they are not providing the service on behalf of our, then we have to understand that these type of company have only one purpose, that how to cheat innocent citizen.
