No proper billing as I always see calculation issues with customer care. Company always believes in cheating the customers.
Even the customer care is also fraud as they will tell something and will do something else. Yesterday I asked the customer care about the bill then he told it was Rs 750. When I asked for the breakup he took half and hour but did not provide any explanation.
