I have recently port my number to vodafone. After 2 months, I got into trouble with flash messages & calls from customer care in a too frequent manner and one day my money got debited from my account saying I have purchased a shopping coupon which I obviously didn't even have.
As a result I lodged a complaint against it. and after time taking process which continued 1 week finally they refund my money. I am so glad with their supportive attitude towards their customer queries. I would like to recommend vodafone to all who are not satisfied with other customer care services.
