I am having Vodafone mobile number 9888444XXX.I went to your dealer "Vodafone Store, 1 & 2 Surya Complex, Opposite Gopal Sweets, Leela Bhawan, PATIALA, Punjab, India on **03.10.2007 (Saturday) at about 2pm**. After giving my residential proof and filling the form, I was issued a new sim. The dealer told me that your connection & sim will be activated with in two hours. On the same day at about 6.30pm I reminded them that the connection is not still working and I am getting the message **"Unregistered Sim"** .
They again said that it may take half an hour more, but the position remained the same. **I called Vodafone office on Monday thrice** and the call was passed on to to nodal executive who told me that my sim start working by evening, but it didn’t. I again went to hutch shop at about 6pm, who told me that the problem has been sorted out and my connection will start within one hour but it didn’t worked. Now again on **Tuesday morning** I called at Mumbai Office and nodal office twice today, but the problem is the same. Only the reply is that that it is a technical problem**.
Now it is already WENDESDAY** and the problem is still unsolved. May I know why the Service Provider makes such high claims of good service which they are not able to provide? Why the companies shouldn’t be fix Responsibility on the person who is responsible for the harassment.
