I was charged for cricket alerts, which I has SUPPOSEDLY subscribed to.I know that I have not subscribed, so I told the customer care that okay, then show me or give me details of date, time and method (SMS/call) of subscription.Then they are saying that ma'am there is no cricket alert pack showing in your history.So I sadi that is because I have not subscribed, so you will not find any such subscription details.so you reverse the amount you deducted.They gave me complaint number and in subsequent calls to customer after 2 days I am told there is no such complaint.
Vodafone is one fraud company.Charging for services not subscribed/wanted, forcing one to put with alerts at all time of day (this is like harassment bcos msgs come at all times of day) , giving false complaint number and irritating customers and wasting their time..In all this one has to go the center to get all their errors and mistakes corrected and hopefully get my money bck which they have taken.Absolute waste of time on a terrible & fraud company.
Just waiting for number portability and then I will leave this horrible company's service.
