The service was much better when it was known as Hutch; atleast in delhi region as I am a customer of hutch in delhi from more than 4 years and still though I have moved to Bangalore I kept my delhi number just because I was so impressed with the services that they used to provide.
Now when I moved to Bangalore I was in the same impression that I would stick my choice to hutch only... however I must admit that I made a big mistake doing so.
=>>It has been more than 3 months and I am not able to register my number on my vodafone to customize my account.
=>>The network is so bad that only thing you would know that who is calling or who called as you would not be able to talk because of great network coverage.
=>> Customer care would not hesitate in promising and assuring that they are there for you always and they will solve what ever your concerns are; however they remind me of our neta who always promise and never deliver.
My advise to whosoever thinks that now its under greatest telecom company **"PLEASE DO NOT COMMITT MISTAKE IN ENTERING INTO NETWORK WITH VODAFONE"
