Hi all,
I did an MNP(Mobile No. Portability) from another provider to Vodafone, in early 2013. Obviously, the hope was to get a better service but what I got was the opposite.
Recent experiences(multiple issues that'd take an hour to write so just brief mention made):
-SMS'es come without account / mobile numbers(I have multiple connections so I have to go and trace what this belongs to)
billing not under one single account
billing error reported, but not rectified
without sorting out billing(error done by Vodafone), disconnecting outgoing calls
3G service actually being useless after so called'Fair Usage' - so pathetic pages will not load
claiming data roaming deposit and charges when it should not have been asked.
So many issues that I am getting totally fed up and am moving out - terminating the 3G dongle and MNP'ing to some one else again.
