I was a Vodafone user and used to recharge online. On website they lure you with good package, once you recharge they give you anything they want and tells you that there is some mistake from your side while recharging. So I took a snapshot before and after recharge to show that they change the amount after recharging to prove you wrong. I tried many times and everytime they changed the recharge amount by one rupee to show you that you paid the wrong amount, ultimately I ported my number to the other network.
